  • Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing plans for Breakaway festivals and the wider brand.
  • Partner with digital, creative, social, and promotional teams across the organization.
  • Manage substantial budgets across concurrent campaigns and improve media efficiency.
  • Review campaign KPIs, share insights in weekly marketing meetings, and define follow-up actions.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate team communications around initiatives and deadlines.
  • Organize local-market programs, digital and out-of-home advertising, pre-festival events, promotional partnerships, and brand activations.
  • Oversee festival media libraries and contribute to pre-event and onsite media-capture planning.
  • Manage creative projects, including deliverables, assignments, revisions, and deadlines.
  • Create copy for email, SMS, digital ads, billboards, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage fan messaging and targeted offers through the Breakaway Festivals app.
  • Coordinate with internal marketers and agency partners across social, paid media, CRM, and app marketing.
  • Measure and report campaign and event results, with emphasis on paid digital media and website traffic.
  • Design and evaluate post-festival fan surveys and turn results into campaign recommendations.
  • Negotiate vendor pricing and creative collaborations with promotional partners.
  • Monitor new social platforms, cultural developments, and evolving marketing practices.
  • Assist Marketing Director(s) with administrative, operational, and project responsibilities.
  • Contribute to onsite festival operations and marketing activations when needed.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; marketing, English, communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Two to four years of professional marketing experience, ideally in music, entertainment, media, or live events.
  • Two to four years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Two to four years of professional copywriting experience across organic and paid channels.
  • Advanced knowledge of paid digital media platforms such as Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Center, including KPIs, budget oversight, and complete campaign lifecycles.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools for live-event marketing, including segmentation, targeting, presale registration, email and SMS campaigns, and retention programs.
  • Excellent project coordination, organization, and time-management abilities with close attention to detail.
  • Strong strategic judgment and the ability to combine creative and analytical thinking.
  • Knowledge of the music industry and Breakaway’s audience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a fast-moving team.
  • Excellent written, verbal, copywriting, and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, overlapping deadlines, and rapid-turnaround deliverables.
  • Comfort with adapting to a dynamic and continually changing environment.
  • Reliable, proactive, solution-focused, and willing to take ownership.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; Adobe Creative Suite or Canva experience is preferred.
  • Experience editing vertical 9:16 video, including TikTok-style content, is a plus.
  • Availability for extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, during festival season.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for music, festivals, entertainment, and culture-led marketing.
