- Apply data and observability insights to inform architecture, improve performance, and assess system impact.
- Build and advance reliable, performant, and scalable backend architectures and APIs.
- Raise code quality through reviews, design feedback, RFCs, and technical mentorship.
- Direct the design and delivery of major backend integration projects.
- Define shared engineering practices that help backend services scale dependably with customer usage.
