Junior Reporting Analyst in Sao Paulo (Hybrid)
Junior Reporting Analyst supporting copayment, utilization, and claims-ratio reporting. The role prepares insurance and benefits data to support Acrisure’s healthcare operations.
विवरण
- Review utilization, exemption processing, and copayment amounts
- Format client-specific files for payroll submissions and cost allocation
- Apply formulas in cross-referencing data, identifying employees, and preparing copayment utilization statements
- Analyze Excel or Access databases to produce claims-ratio reports comparing claims with premiums
- Create reports manually or through the system using predefined data-entry layouts
- Check the accuracy of information entered into the system
- Assist the healthcare team with preparing and forwarding claims databases
- Coordinate with the insurance carrier and follow up when needed
- Work with the relationship management team to resolve questions and align activities
- Record work activities each day

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel proficiency
- Willingness to handle routine tasks consistently
- Health insurance experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with business intelligence concepts, including Power BI, is an advantage
