- Coordinate and process customer, sales, promotional, and product-image information between clients and internal agency teams.
- Process Excel data through internal systems for high-volume output projects.
- Proofread personal work and production-team deliverables to ensure accurate, consistent, error-free data for clients.
- Check copy for factual accuracy and verify referenced materials.
- Review spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, consistency, and brand voice.
- Assess content against client campaigns, projects, and established voice guidelines.
- Handle late changes to customer requests.
- Work collaboratively to complete daily tasks and meet assigned deliverables.
- Build knowledge of client product expectations and stay current on relevant changes, rules, and guidelines.

- Demonstrated ability to edit or proofread documents or images accurately.

- At least one year of experience in a detail-focused role requiring high accuracy.
- At least one year of strong organizational experience working with multiple data formats, including Excel spreadsheets.
- Preferred: 0–1+ years of proofreading experience.
- Preferred: Experience working on a corporate marketing team or in an advertising agency.
