- Manage tax, fiscal, and accounting processes while maintaining compliance with ancillary obligations, reliable financial data, and applicable regulations.
- Classify, verify, and record tax and accounting documentation, including incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Assist with ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL calculations and submit obligations including SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, DCTF, ECD, and ECF.
- Complete tax and accounting reconciliations, contribute to month-end close, and prepare financial statements and departmental performance metrics.
- Track tax-law updates and help assess regulatory impacts and implement compliance changes, especially those arising from tax reform.
- Assist internal and external audits by maintaining organized documentation, regulatory compliance, and accurate information.
- Partner with other departments to provide accounting and tax guidance and help improve processes continuously.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Active professional accounting registration (CRC).
- Experience with accounting close procedures.
- Account reconciliation skills.
- Ability to prepare financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Basic understanding of CPCs (Brazilian Accounting Pronouncements).
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of ancillary tax obligations.
- Basic understanding of tax legislation.
