- Work with organizational leaders to assess risks, review findings, and advance continuous improvement
- Coach and develop employees while promoting learning, collaboration, and strong performance
- Assist with workforce planning, recruitment, training, and day-to-day leadership for the Internal Audit team
- Provide independent assurance and insight on governance, risk management, and control practices
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
- Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CISSP, CRISC, or an equivalent credential
- At least six years of experience in a financial institution across internal audit, risk management, compliance, financial audit, technology audit, or a related area
- Background leading audit engagements, projects, or employees
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, internal controls, assurance methods, and audit standards
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and influencing abilities
- English-language proficiency
