Healthcare Data Manager
Manage medical, pharmacy, and healthcare claims data for ParetoHealth, helping employers control healthcare costs. Build SQL datasets and integrations, and support data governance and quality processes.
विवरण
- Manage complex healthcare datasets, including medical and pharmacy claims
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and analytical datasets
- Keep data assets accurate, well maintained, and ready for business use
- Work with the Lead Data Manager and stakeholders to clarify business needs
- Partner with Data Engineering to build and maintain data structures and models
- Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure incoming data is timely and accurate
- Apply and improve data quality checks and governance policies
- Document data assets with clear, useful metadata
- Work with colleagues to create, maintain, and document required data sources
- Share knowledge and solve problems collaboratively
- Report to the VP of Analytics
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of experience in healthcare data management or stewardship
- At least three years working directly with administrative healthcare data, including medical and pharmacy claims and enrollment data
- Strong understanding of database models, ETL tools, and common healthcare data quality challenges
- Strong SQL skills, including writing, optimizing, and validating complex queries
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or data-related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Salesforce data, healthcare vendor-reported utilization and savings data, or stop-loss insurance data
- Familiarity with AWS serverless services and data tools such as S3, Lambda, Glue, SageMaker, and EMR
- Experience using programming languages such as Python for analysis and data wrangling
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
