Freelance Brand Designer at Mindrift (Remote, Philippines)
Design logos, visual identities, and scalable brand systems for Mindrift’s Tendem AI project. Maintain cohesive brand assets across digital and print materials.

- Shape compelling visual identities for real-world brands and products within the Tendem project
- Create core brand assets such as logos, complete visual identities, and coordinated color palettes
- Organize and deliver multiple versions of essential brand elements
- Maintain consistent branding across internal and external resources, including pitch decks and social media kits
- Develop durable, scalable visual systems that follow current design standards
- Review design quality across platforms and ensure brand aesthetics work effectively in digital and print formats
- Evolve and modernize brand identities while maintaining consistent visual touchpoints across media
- Use brand strategy, visual identity, and design systems expertise to produce cohesive, contemporary brand assets
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable
- A strong portfolio centered on brand identity development, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines
- Thorough understanding of applying core branding across digital and print formats
- Ability to work independently and create visual systems designed for long-term use
- Expertise in developing scalable logos, distinctive color palettes, and typography systems
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma
- Ability to adapt brand identities for social media kits, corporate pitch decks, and print materials
- Strong organizational ability to produce brand guidelines, style guides, and well-structured asset libraries
- Strategic, highly detail-oriented approach focused on long-term brand equity
- Commitment to visual consistency and confidence serving as a brand gatekeeper
- Self-directed working style with the ability to resolve issues independently
- CV must include a portfolio demonstrating branding work
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related creative discipline is a plus
