- Contribute to strategic initiatives and growth projects as a member of the core team
- Design and improve scalable processes, workflows, and internal structures
- Research markets and competitors while helping prepare pitch decks and sales and marketing materials
- Expand the service portfolio and support initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and market positioning
- Organize, coordinate, and maintain internal and external communications
- Lead smaller projects and collaborate closely with partners and client teams
- Work alongside the founders to grow and scale the consulting firm
आवश्यकताएँ
- Currently studying business, communications, technology, or a related field
- Initial experience from internships, part-time roles, or projects in a startup, consulting, or sales setting is preferred
- Understanding of artificial intelligence and its potential applications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Independent, well-organized, and solution-focused approach to work
- Able to learn and understand new topics quickly
- Professional written and spoken German proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Submit a strong digital application as a PDF, ideally with a CV, proof of enrollment, and academic transcripts or certificates
