- Work with Corporate FP&A to assess results against plans and expectations and develop narratives for business reviews, the Board, and executives.
- Improve internal reporting and executive KPI processes through automation, AI tools, and other process improvements.
- Maintain documented definitions, structures, and controls, and monitor chart of accounts progress against plan.
- Monitor retail and industry trends and explain their potential effects on results.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and assist with special projects for Finance leadership.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
- At least five years of progressive experience in retail or a similar industry.
- Experience developing and managing flexible, scalable reports, models, and tools that support decision-making across business areas.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including complex formulas.
- Oracle, Anaplan, and SQL experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and leaders.
- Strong storytelling ability and skill in turning complex financial analysis into concise insights for executive decisions.
- Ability to understand partner team deliverables and apply them to monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrity.
