  • Manage SAP Finance production support by reviewing, prioritizing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents, tickets, and service requests.
  • Investigate root causes, apply corrective actions, and reduce repeat issues.
  • Configure and maintain SAP FI functionality, including integrations with other SAP modules and cross-functional business processes.
  • Work with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate current processes, and recommend system improvements.
  • Guide functional enhancements from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment.
  • Document solutions, share progress on issues and enhancements, and transfer knowledge to clients and consulting colleagues.
  • Advance system improvements with technical teams and cross-functional SAP consultants to deliver dependable end-to-end solutions.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • At least five years of SAP Finance experience in manufacturing, including at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, with hands-on SAP FI configuration and functional experience.
  • Experience providing production support, managing tickets, analyzing root causes, and resolving functional and technical issues.
  • Experience integrating SAP FI with other functional modules and troubleshooting cross-functional processes.
  • Experience delivering SAP functional enhancements across requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of AI tools, machine learning, and big data is a plus.
  • Familiarity with integrated tools such as tax automation, vendor invoice management (VIM), and compliance SaaS products.
  • SAP Costing experience.
  • International project or SAP configuration experience in NAFTA, LATAM, or EMEA, including relevant tax and financial legislation localization.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting related to SOX compliance and public companies.
  • S/4 Public Cloud or Private Cloud certification.
