Field Service Representative - Washington, D.C. Remote
Support Altra’s running brand across the Washington, D.C. market through retailer relationships, product education, events, and community programs.

- Activate the Altra brand throughout the Virginia territory through authentic relationships, targeted activations, and hands-on support.
- Develop retailer partnerships through store visits, product demonstrations, and sales-floor assistance.
- Provide Altra product training for retail employees and consumers.
- Build local enthusiasm through partnerships, run clubs, events, and community initiatives.
- Deliver merchandising programs and promotional campaigns in the field.
- Represent Altra at local and selected national races, events, and expos.
- Coordinate go-to-market activities with Sales Representatives and cross-functional partners.
- Report product feedback, consumer behavior, and market trends to inform the business.
- Keep field reports current while managing assets, travel, and expenses.
- Strengthen retailer relationships, brand visibility, territory results, and community participation.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least one year of specialty retail experience, preferably in running or outdoor retail.
- At least two years of experience in marketing, sales, or a customer-facing field position.
- Experience fitting and selling technical footwear.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Capacity to work independently while maintaining strong connection with the wider team.
- Proactive, self-directed approach and enthusiasm for running and outdoor communities.
- Knowledge of Altra products is advantageous.
- Residence in the Washington, D.C. area.
- Willingness to travel and work throughout the territory.
