Executive Area Manager, Wound Care Medical Sales – Michigan (Remote)
Lead wound-care medical sales for Heraeus’ Engineered Tissue Solutions in Michigan. Develop territories, reimbursement strategies, forecasts, and field-manager training.

- Define target accounts and carry out company-aligned sales strategies using ethical selling practices
- Support revenue growth by developing effective targeting and reimbursement approaches
- Provide market intelligence and surface strategic opportunities for the Engineered Tissue Solutions team
- Present approved corporate materials, scientific evidence, and customer presentations to current and prospective customers
- Document sales activity and submit territory forecasts within established deadlines
- Stay current on industry products, product updates, and market trends
- Conduct all work in accordance with company policies, expense and travel requirements, the Code of Ethics, and applicable laws
- Help train field Area Managers and contribute to professional education and mentorship when needed
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least five years of wound-care experience in roles of increasing responsibility
- At least five years of medical sales experience
- Five or more years in medical devices, biotechnology, and tissue biologics within healthcare is preferred
- Experience with operating room, surgical, or VAC submissions
- Experience with skin substitutes is preferred
- Prior experience in startup and mid-sized companies
- Ability to follow company policies, travel and expense requirements, the Code of Ethics, and federal, state, and local laws
