  • Discover customer challenges through focused workshops and conversations.
  • Work with business users to design, build, and demonstrate solution prototypes.
  • Create and deliver tailored demos for customers, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Explain Sigma’s business value to stakeholders at every level of an organization.
  • Respond to product, technical, and security questions in RFPs and RFIs.
  • Pursue product, sales, and relevant technology certifications to build and maintain expertise.
  • Share knowledge, contribute to the team, and continue learning.
  • Guide customers on integration and data migration to support enterprise sales.
  • Coordinate multiple customer engagements at the same time.
  • Meet quarterly and annual goals set by management.
  • Build deep Sigma product expertise and champion the platform with prospects and customers.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Support alongside Enterprise Regional Sales Managers.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least five years of business intelligence experience
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Sound understanding of database concepts
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Fivetran or Matillion, or traditional ETL
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience implementing production business intelligence solutions or proof of concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent technical and business experience
  • Willingness to travel 25%
