- Lead and develop legal professionals handling complex commercial and technology transactions

- Apply metrics, milestones, and feedback loops to strengthen execution and stakeholder experience
- Develop team and organizational capability through coaching, succession planning, broader exposure, and stretch assignments
- Monitor cloud contracting developments, emerging licensing and consumption models, and industry best practices
आवश्यकताएँ
- Juris Doctor degree and at least 10 years of legal experience
- Substantial experience negotiating complex SaaS, cloud services, technology infrastructure, and commercial transactions
- At least two years of in-house legal experience at a technology company preferred
- Strong people leadership experience spanning coaching, performance management, professional development, and workforce planning
- Extensive experience negotiating cloud compute, SaaS, hosting, data processing, professional services, and other technology supplier agreements
- Ability to advise on data privacy, data security, artificial intelligence, and broader commercial risk
- Sound judgment and confidence making risk-based decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Ability to deliver clear, business-focused solutions
- Proven ability to drive results through others, manage escalations, and improve team operations
- Demonstrated success building team capability, maintaining high standards, and fostering an inclusive, accountable environment
