  • Direct the architecture, design and delivery of secure, scalable and resilient enterprise data platforms
  • Define technical strategy across data architecture, modelling, medallion patterns, pipelines, advanced analytics and emerging AI
  • Convert complex business and technology goals into practical architectures, roadmaps and implementation plans
  • Provide senior technical leadership across multiple complex Data & Analytics engagements
  • Maintain technical quality, delivery standards, architecture governance, risk management and dependency oversight
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams while establishing clear governance, accountability and stakeholder collaboration
  • Set technical direction across modern cloud data environments and enterprise platforms
  • Develop modular, reusable and maintainable approaches to data ingestion, transformation and orchestration
  • Design advanced analytics and AI capabilities, including generative AI and agentic solutions
  • Advise senior client stakeholders on data strategy, architecture and delivery while building trusted relationships
  • Support business development through solution design, estimates, proposals, bids and client presentations
  • Own sales activity and performance against an agreed individual target
  • Deepen client partnerships and identify opportunities to expand Protiviti’s contribution
  • Coach and develop colleagues while supporting their technical growth and career progression
  • Create reusable methods, assets and accelerators that raise delivery quality and efficiency

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Expertise in at least one major cloud data ecosystem, such as Azure and Fabric, Databricks, AWS and Snowflake, or Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery
  • Demonstrated success architecting and delivering enterprise-scale data platforms for clients
  • Strong command of modern data architecture, modelling and layered or medallion design patterns
  • Experience building modular, scalable and maintainable ingestion, transformation and orchestration solutions
  • Practical experience applying advanced analytics and AI to business problems
  • Sound architectural judgement with the ability to balance technical, commercial and client needs
  • Track record of leading complex technical delivery and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while sustaining high delivery and technical quality standards
  • Excellent communication, presentation and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Evidence of developing technical capability and coaching team members
  • Commercial acumen with experience supporting sales growth, solution development, bids, proposals and client-facing business development
  • Ability to act as a trusted adviser through well-informed recommendations and constructive challenge
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Substantial experience in Data & Analytics, data architecture, data engineering or technology consulting, including senior leadership of complex client engagements
  • Successful completion of a background check is required for employment
