- Lead controls engineering support for production, engineering, and maintenance teams
- Provide factory support for PLC and HMI/SCADA software and hardware
- Help define scope, requirements, and objectives for electrical and controls projects
- Coordinate and deliver control system software and hardware upgrades
- Create and maintain the factory’s long-range electrical and controls infrastructure plan
- Keep electrical and controls as-built documentation accurate and complete
- Support training and development for maintenance personnel
- Apply PLC programming, project execution, HMI/SCADA, and instrument calibration expertise to improve automated processes and equipment
- Design and approve electrical installations in accordance with applicable codes and standards
- Provide technical oversight of site power distribution systems to support reliable performance

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field plus at least three years of experience with electrical troubleshooting, PLC logic design, technical data interpretation, and hardware application specifications in industrial manufacturing
- Alternatively, an associate degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field plus at least five years of relevant industrial manufacturing experience in electrical troubleshooting, PLC logic design, technical data interpretation, and hardware application specifications
