- Develop industry-focused technical content for marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, customer lifecycle programs, web initiatives, and product development support
- Write, record, produce, and edit tutorials, workflow demonstrations, and how-to videos centered on Avid media solutions and post-production workflows
- Produce live and recorded demonstrations of Avid media products
- Contribute to customer stories, interviews, panel discussions, and educational programming with industry professionals
- Gather expert perspectives, testimonials, and customer insights
- Adapt content formats and storytelling methods to improve performance across channels and campaigns
- Help maintain content calendars and execute campaign activation plans
- Oversee production from initial concept to final delivery, including filming, recording, editing, and packaging video, graphics, screenshots, and related assets
- Provide Avid’s Creative team with production-ready materials and clear creative briefs
- Deliver campaign assets on schedule and assign content IDs for performance measurement
- Monitor content results against campaign goals and key performance indicators
- Evaluate engagement, consumption, conversion, and audience data, then recommend improvements based on results and feedback
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, industry experts, customers, and external creative partners
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring at least three years of experience in content marketing, content production, video production, digital marketing, or a related field
- Create content for multiple channels and formats, including video, social media, educational materials, and thought leadership
- Demonstrate strong video recording and editing skills with professional editing software
- Have experience producing product demonstrations, tutorials, or technical educational materials
- Communicate effectively through writing, speaking, and visual storytelling
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
- Interview subject matter experts, customers, and industry professionals with confidence
- Measure content performance and refine content against data and business goals
- Understand social media platforms and effective content distribution practices
- Know campaign-led marketing and integrated content planning principles
- Experience in media, broadcast, film, television, post-production, or creative technology is preferred
- Hands-on experience with Avid Media Composer, Pro Tools, or other relevant Avid products is preferred
- Working knowledge of post-production workflows and media technology is preferred
- Experience managing YouTube channels or video-focused social programs is preferred
- Familiarity with content analytics and marketing performance tools is preferred
