Cloud Architect - Curitiba (Hybrid)
Lead Positivo Tecnologia’s private cloud platform, defining Kubernetes, Ceph, networking, security, automation, and high-availability architecture at scale.

- Act as the primary technical authority for the Private Cloud Platform
- Own the platform’s complete end-to-end architecture
- Define Kubernetes, virtualization, and hyperconverged infrastructure architecture
- Design Ceph-based distributed storage with replication, resilience, and performance optimization
- Develop high-availability and multi-site topologies, including disaster recovery strategies and RPO/RTO targets
- Set standards for security, identity management, tenant isolation, and compliance in isolated environments
- Establish Infrastructure as Code and observability standards
- Support engineers through solution reviews and the promotion of best practices
- Assess cloud-native technologies, vendors, and solutions
- Integrate infrastructure, virtualization, Kubernetes, distributed storage, networking, security, observability, and automation
- Lead technical decisions for a critical, large-scale environment
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent higher-education qualification
- Extensive experience across infrastructure, networking, and enterprise Linux systems
- Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and supporting Kubernetes clusters and private cloud or HCI architectures in large-scale production environments
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, including APIs, control plane, workers, CNI, and CSI
- Experience with container-based virtualization using KVM/QEMU, KubeVirt, Harvester HCI, or OpenShift Virtualization, including live migration, CDI, and virtio-win
- Experience provisioning and tuning Ceph for replication, resilience, and performance across RBD, CephFS, and RGW
- Knowledge of Linux bridges, LACP bonds, VLANs, SDN or overlay networks using Calico, Cilium, Canal, or OVN-Kubernetes, and L4/L7 load balancing with Keepalived, HAProxy, or NGINX
- Advanced administration of enterprise Linux distributions such as RHEL, SLE Micro, and Ubuntu Server, plus bare-metal deployment with PXE, iPXE, Ignition, or Cloud-Init
- Experience with RBAC, tenant isolation, identity integrations such as Keycloak, Dex, LDAP/AD, and SAML/OIDC, plus security policies for air-gapped or FIPS environments
- Knowledge of multi-site topologies, etcd and storage quorum, immutable backups, and RPO/RTO testing
- Experience with Terraform or OpenTofu, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and Loki or EFK
- Preferred: experience with SUSE Rancher Prime, RKE2, Harvester, Red Hat OpenShift, Longhorn, CloudNativePG, Crunchy Data, Strimzi, Knative, Istio, Vault, External Secrets Operator, Argo CD, FluxCD, F5 BIG-IP, or FortiADC
- Preferred: CKA, CKAD, CKS, Red Hat Certified Architect or Specialist certifications such as EX280 or EX318, or SUSE SCA or SCE certification
- Preferred: experience delivering mission-critical projects involving data sovereignty or government-sector environments
