Civil Engineering Project Manager, Railway and Industrial Buildings
Lead civil engineering projects for RATP Infrastructures railway workshops, from design through construction. Coordinate technical teams, works contracts, and quality, safety, and environmental inspections.

- Manage civil engineering projects from design through construction supervision.
- Oversee construction contracts, tracking finances, assessing risks, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate structural engineering, geotechnical, and related work packages.
- Develop technical solutions across feasibility, preliminary, detailed, technical, and construction design stages.
- Produce technical specifications, work methods, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Lead design and construction engineers, plan workloads, and approve deliverables.
- Prepare tender packages and evaluate technical bids.
- Oversee construction work and approve execution documents.
- Plan and conduct quality, safety, and environmental inspections.
- Lead pre-handover and acceptance activities and handle claims.
- Document lessons learned and support continuous improvement.
- Help modernize, build, and expand railway workshops and industrial and technical buildings.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Engineering degree from a general engineering school or specialization in civil engineering or construction.
- Over three years of project management or construction supervision experience in industrial buildings, structural engineering, or complex infrastructure.
- Works independently, pays close attention to detail, and shows technical curiosity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Able to bring together and motivate an operational team.
- Open to candidates with disabilities.
- French criminal record extract (B3) required to begin the hiring process.
- Available for occasional night shifts.
