- Commission and service heat pumps at customer sites and for system operators.
- Advise heating contractors by phone and in person with a strong focus on service quality.
- Support technical field-service colleagues throughout the wider area around the assigned territory.
- Take part in the on-call rotation to respond to customer needs promptly.
- Advance sustainable energy solutions through heat-pump commissioning, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Relevant vocational training as a plant mechanic in sanitary, heating, and air-conditioning technology, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer.
- Additional qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician is preferred.
- Professional customer-service experience in heating, refrigeration, air-conditioning, or ventilation technology.
- Category 1 refrigerant-handling certification is required; Category 2 certification is an advantage.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Good spoken and written German.
- Strong technical skills, customer-focused communication, and willingness to travel.
