  • Direct the financial operations of the assigned business unit.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and assess financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Advise business unit leaders on financial strategy and decisions.
  • Coordinate across departments to connect financial plans with business goals.
  • Establish and improve financial processes and internal controls.
  • Review variances and evaluate profitability.
  • Explain complex financial data to varied audiences.
  • Manage tax planning and compliance.
  • Use managerial accounting to inform decisions and measure performance.
  • Bring a broad financial outlook and global perspective to the work.
  • Support effective information management across the finance function.
  • Use Methodware ProAudit Advisor to help maintain financial accuracy and compliance.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial control or managerial accounting, ideally in a large company.
  • Proficiency with Acorn Systems Corporate Perform, CCH ProSystem fx, and Intuit QuickBooks.
  • Strong command of accounting principles and practices.
  • CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Sage Platinum for Windows (PFW) is an advantage.
  • Experience using Methodware ProAudit Advisor is an advantage.
  • Experience with Brentmark Estate Planning Quick is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong business writing and presentation skills.
  • Able to communicate complex financial information clearly.
  • Skilled at building effective working relationships and collaborating across departments.
