- Evaluate existing business processes to uncover gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Map current-state and future-state processes with standard modeling methods
- Recommend process changes and assist with implementation efforts
- Work with stakeholders to align processes with program goals and compliance standards
- Help create performance measures and monitoring methods for critical processes
- Present process analysis results and recommended improvements
आवश्यकताएँ
- US citizenship is required
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Journeyman: At least three years of experience in business process analysis or a related functional area
- Journeyman: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Senior: At least ten years of experience in business process analysis or a related functional area
- Senior: Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives for the Department of Defense or comparable organizations
