Business Intelligence Manager – Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)
Lead URBN’s enterprise business intelligence and reporting function in Philadelphia. Manage BI developers and deliver analytics using SQL, Qlik Sense, Snowflake, and related data platforms.

- Manage administrators and developers across onshore and offshore teams
- Support reporting users across departments, including scheduled off-hours and holiday on-call coverage
- Set team priorities and represent the function in cross-functional meetings
- Establish documentation, quality assurance, and JIRA workflow practices
- Lead requirements sessions and provide recommendations to URBN brands
- Coordinate business intelligence vendors and external consultants
- Share project progress and status updates throughout delivery
- Direct enterprise-wide data analysis through URBN’s Technology Enterprise Data Warehouse

- Write SQL queries and interpret data engineering workflows and data models
- Bring substantial experience with data lineage tools such as Atlan
- Have experience with Snowflake Semantic Views or Strategy Mosaic for LLM ingestion
- Have prior retail experience, preferably
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in retail business, data analytics, marketing analytics, quantitative business analysis, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience
