- Build professional relationships with doctors, hospital teams and other healthcare partners.
- Plan and deliver territory activity aligned with commercial targets and patient care.
- Visit healthcare professionals and hold educational meetings with clear, evidence-based information.
- Gather market and customer feedback to inform local plans and improve results.
- Work with colleagues across functions to address customer needs and support timely delivery.
- Comply with company policies, quality standards and local regulations.
- Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- One to three years of customer-facing experience in sales, field work or account management.
- Strong spoken and written English, plus Punjabi or Hindi.
- Ability to use everyday digital tools, including Word, Excel and mobile apps.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
- Authorisation to work in India.
- Customer-focused approach and integrity.
- Healthcare, hospital or pharmaceutical field experience is an advantage.
- Ability to explain clinical or scientific information clearly to varied audiences is an advantage.
- Planning and analytical skills for developing and tracking territory performance are an advantage.
- Experience arranging professional meetings or educational events is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Additional regional language fluency is an advantage.
