- Plan and deliver business development and transformation initiatives from definition through follow-up.
- Support strategy execution, improve working methods, and clarify priorities and initiatives.
- Lead workshops, innovation days, and other cross-functional improvement activities.
- Communicate progress, decisions, and dependencies, and ensure they receive clear follow-up.
- Work with IT and business stakeholders to advance initiatives.
- Own and improve IT Asset and Configuration Management, including governance, CMDB, data quality, and lifecycle management.
- Contribute to transformation, business development, strategy execution, and continuous improvement in the CIO Office.
- Build relationships and collaborate with colleagues across IT and the business.
आवश्यकताएँ
- A university degree or equivalent experience, preferably in IT, business, engineering, industrial management, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, transformation, project or initiative management, process improvement, IT, or a comparable area.
- Ability to bring structure, set priorities, and advance several initiatives at once.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across different parts of an organization.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Experience with IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, CMDB, ServiceNow, or CSDM is an advantage.
- Knowledge of portfolio management, strategy execution, product-led transformation, facilitation, or innovation initiatives is an advantage.
- Interest in AI, automation, and modern digital ways of working.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Submit an application with a resume and cover letter in English.
