Business Analyst I – Remote Healthcare Operations
Support Horizon’s healthcare operations through reporting, forecasting, root cause analysis, and user acceptance testing. Help develop data-informed process improvements for health solutions serving New Jersey.

- Review internal and external reports, follow up on findings, and communicate business needs.
- Help build forecasting tools with Access, Excel, Monarch, and related systems.
- Contribute to internal and external project workgroups.
- Use data analysis to recommend improvements that strengthen business efficiency.
- Support UAT for projects, implementations, system fixes, and enhancements.
- Prepare documentation and materials for internal and external audits.
- Complete other relevant duties assigned by management.
- Research customer issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Support recommendations and implementations for new processes and solutions.
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- At least two years of experience in an operational role.
- Healthcare industry knowledge is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
- Some travel may be required.
- Applicants must reside in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, or Delaware.
