Budget Analyst I – Budgeting (Hybrid, Grupo Autoglass)
Monitor expenses, revenue, and costs at Grupo Autoglass by comparing budgets with actual results, tracking indicators, and identifying opportunities to improve financial efficiency.

- Review budget-account expenses by comparing planned amounts with actual spending
- Collaborate with business areas to interpret reported results and variances
- Track performance indicators while identifying risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities to reduce expenses
- Present findings to managers and advise on budget-account usage and financial resource optimization
- Maintain indicators such as ICO, avoided costs, and budget variances
- Keep the knowledge base and calculation spreadsheets current
- Record payments and advances that affect the budget
आवश्यकताएँ
- Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree
- Basic proficiency in Excel
- Foundational knowledge of financial mathematics
- Alignment with Lean principles
- Ability to work effectively with people across varied backgrounds and profiles
- A strong sense of urgency, organization, and planning
- Ability to manage routines with a process-oriented mindset
- Analytical capability and skill in structuring data
- Clear and effective communication
