  • Create campaign and performance assets for paid social, display, LinkedIn, X, and email
  • Develop event and field marketing materials for the Recon series, Close Club, and conferences, including signage, booth graphics, speaker cards, swag, and on-site collateral
  • Prepare sales materials such as one-pagers, battle cards, and pitch deck updates
  • Create and maintain templates that let the go-to-market team produce materials independently
  • Apply and extend Rillet’s brand system across new formats and channels
  • Keep the asset library, templates, and brand documentation organized and up to date
  • Partner directly with the Brand Design Lead on campaign, event, website, and sales materials

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least two years of design experience at a startup or an agency serving B2B clients, including internships
  • Portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, and event formats
  • Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and shared libraries
  • Sound judgment when working within and extending an established brand system
  • Ability to produce a high volume of quality work on fast timelines
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and initiative
  • Excellent written communication and ability to coordinate with sales, events, and product marketing teams
  • Interest in understanding each asset’s purpose and business objective
  • Comfort working through ambiguity in a fast-paced startup
  • Motion design experience with After Effects or a similar tool is a plus
  • Familiarity with Webflow or front-end fundamentals is a plus
  • Experience creating event, environmental, or large-format graphics is a plus
  • Interest in fintech, accounting technology, or B2B SaaS is a plus
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to commute to or relocate to the New York City or San Francisco office
