  • Lead brand design projects from initial concept to final delivery across digital and physical channels
  • Develop visual concepts for campaigns, product launches, events, social media, web, and internal projects
  • Maintain and evolve Cyera’s visual system to keep the brand cohesive and recognizable
  • Create distinct graphic styles for campaigns using typography, imagery, illustration, icons, color, and other visual elements
  • Work with colleagues in marketing, product, content, events, and other teams
  • Explore, prototype, and refine work with emerging AI tools to improve design workflows
  • Present designs, explain creative decisions, and take part in critiques and creative discussions

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring at least three years of professional experience in brand design, visual communication, or a related field
  • Provide a strong portfolio that shows conceptual thinking and polished execution
  • Demonstrate strong skills in typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and storytelling
  • Have experience developing visual concepts and adapting them across formats and touchpoints
  • Use Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud proficiently, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Work confidently with modern creative tools and workflows
  • Be comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, image generators, or similar platforms
  • Work within an established brand system and recognize when and how to extend it
  • Guide projects from an early brief or idea through exploration, refinement, and final production
  • Communicate clearly and explain creative decisions effectively
  • Stay organized and self-directed while managing several projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience creating visual identities and brand experiences for events, conferences, or large-scale activations is a plus
  • Experience with motion design or animation is a plus
  • Experience developing integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and physical channels is a plus
  • Experience working with production partners, fabricators, or external agencies is a plus
  • Interest in emerging creative technology and new ways to build and scale brand experiences is a plus
