Design composite wind turbine blades through CAD modeling, nesting, core-kit development, and manufacturing file preparation. Support Nordex Group’s global onshore wind turbine production from its Chennai site.

- Engineer composite materials for wind turbine blade production
- Develop glass nesting layouts and blade core kits
- Produce files for laser projection systems
- Build CAD models for blade layup processes
- Apply practical knowledge of blade manufacturing methods
- Compile clear technical documentation
- Automate CAD workflows and related design tasks
- Perform CAD automation
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
- More than five years of experience in the wind industry
- Working knowledge of blade manufacturing processes
- Background in composite materials engineering
- Experience developing glass nesting layouts
- Experience designing core kits
- Experience producing laser projection files
- Experience creating CAD layup models
- Experience preparing technical documentation
- Experience with CAD automation
- Experience using Siemens PLM Teamcenter
- Experience with Siemens Unigraphics or fiberSIM and AutoCAD
