Billing and Revenue Specialist – Hybrid in Reading
Process software orders, invoicing, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and deferred revenue for Enghouse Systems’ EMEA Finance team. This hybrid Reading role supports billing operations for a global communications and contact center software provider.

- Verify customer orders against company policies and accounting regulations
- Accurately record sales orders and prepare invoices for customer payment
- Recognize revenue in line with company policies and accounting regulations
- Resolve questions and issues related to orders and invoices
- Reconcile month-end reports and maintain accurate deferred revenue balances
- Oversee the workflow from customer order entry through invoicing and revenue recognition
- Report to the Revenue Supervisor
आवश्यकताएँ
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Three to five years of experience in order processing, invoicing, and software or IT revenue operations
- Previous customer order-entry and billing experience within an IT or technology company
- Hands-on experience with software invoicing and revenue recognition
- Intermediate Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- A methodical, detail-focused approach with the ability to process high transaction volumes
- Self-direction and a positive, adaptable approach to work
- Experience with Great Plains accounting software is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet demanding deadlines
- Practical problem-solving skills for day-to-day operational issues
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with diverse operational teams
