Backend-Leaning Full-Stack Engineer, Platform Engineering
Build secure workspaces, permissions, and platform services as a backend-focused full-stack engineer. Support ElevenLabs’ AI voice, creative, and developer products as they scale.

- Develop customer-facing platform foundations such as API keys, login, analytics, admin tools, and workspace security.
- Turn feedback from enterprise and self-serve customers, Sales, and forward-deployed engineers into product improvements.
- Support large customers with complex organizational structures.
- Deliver customer-facing features across backend services and admin and settings interfaces.
- Create reusable resource and permissions services for product teams.
- Address new access-management challenges at scale.
- Partner with product teams to understand their needs and encourage adoption with minimal code changes.
- Plan work within a large existing system, accounting for rollout risks, migrations, and downstream effects.
- Deploy changes safely while minimizing disruption.
- Debug and operate systems using customer reports, logs, and code.
- Take features from scoping through delivery with guidance from experienced engineers.
आवश्यकताएँ
- No formal experience, certifications, or degrees are required.
- Expert-level Python skills.
- Strong backend development experience and confidence working across the stack.
- Experience with common software and system design patterns, APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, and data structures.
- Strong test design skills and security fundamentals.
- Care and attention to detail when changing live, business-critical systems.
- Ability to quickly learn a large existing codebase.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and prioritizing competing signals.
- Bonus: experience with authentication, authorization, or permissions, such as OAuth, SSO/SCIM, or RBAC.
