- Deliver personalized, in-home sales consultations
- Represent AT&T at scheduled customer appointments
- Present and sell current technology products and services
- Demonstrate products directly for customers

- Handle technology deliveries and resolve service issues
- Close sales while meeting performance targets
- Follow up with current customers and qualified prospects
- Manage daily responsibilities independently in the field

- At least one year of commission-based outside sales experience is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to succeed in commission sales and meet sales targets
- Ability to use upselling strategies that increase customer value and satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background screening, including drug, criminal history, and motor vehicle checks
