- Define and govern platform architecture principles, technical standards, and engineering guardrails
- Align the product vision and roadmap with the target architecture
- Make informed technical decisions and expose associated risks
- Lead technical coordination for integrations with NS and other partners
- Assess proposed changes to APIs and integration interfaces
- Safeguard the quality of designs and implementations through design and code reviews
- Intervene when agreed practices or standards come under pressure
- Make technical debt and architectural risks visible
- Prioritize and deliver structural improvements with Product and Engineering
- Advise management and stakeholders on technical decisions, developments, and risks affecting continuity, scalability, and security
- Contribute to knowledge sharing across Engineering
- Ensure architectures and solutions meet quality, privacy, and information-security requirements
- Get hands-on with the technology for critical decisions, reviews, and improvements
आवश्यकताएँ
- Higher professional or university-level thinking and working capacity in a technical field
- At least five years of application-architecture experience in a professional software or SaaS environment
- A strong technical foundation in PHP/Laravel and/or React
- Enough hands-on development experience to assess designs and code substantively
- Ability to model processes and architectures
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design, software quality, and testing principles
- Experience with complex applications, APIs, integrations, and architecture patterns
- Ability to analyze technical challenges, justify decisions, and turn them into practical guidance for development teams
- A strong sense of ownership and the confidence to take a position
- Clear communication with engineers, Product, management, and external technical stakeholders
- Good command of Dutch and English
