- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to ship reliable, high-quality features for more than 100 million customers.
- Guide mobile architecture and the design patterns used across the platform.
- Coach engineers through feedback, code reviews, and platform-specific practices.
- Unblock teams by identifying and resolving technical obstacles.
- Advise on mobile performance, accessibility, and architecture.
- Help shape mobile architecture, review API designs, and build reusable components.
- Lead the design and development of client-side Backend-for-Frontend services and Server-Driven UI architectures.
- Set engineering practices for feature flags and staged releases.
- Promote the use of agentic AI tools and AI-native development practices.
- Contribute hands-on work using advanced mobile platform capabilities and interface patterns.
- Set strong standards for code, testing, performance, accessibility, and user experience.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related quantitative field, such as statistics, economics, operations research, analytics, mathematics, or engineering.
- At least four years of professional software engineering experience; internships do not count toward this requirement.
- At least three years building native mobile applications for Android with Kotlin or iOS with Swift.

- Preferred: Four or more years building native Android or iOS applications with Kotlin or Swift.

- Preferred: Experience designing and building client BFFs with technologies such as GraphQL and gRPC/Protobuf.

- Preferred: Experience with metrics-led staged releases and feature-flag strategies.
- Preferred: Expertise with agentic AI coding tools and AI-assisted workflows.
