- Organize and maintain Nursing Services department files
- Manage inter-office memorandums and correspondence
- Keep policy and procedure manuals current
- Safeguard confidential patient and staff information
- Support staffing coordination activities
- Compile service-area statistics under the Director of Nursing’s guidance
- Coordinate communication between Nursing Services and other departments
- Handle additional related responsibilities as assigned
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of or attendance at a business college or secretarial school
- Preferred: 1–2 years of healthcare and/or office practice experience
- Payroll and scheduling experience preferred
