Accounts Payable Analyst
Manage invoice processing and resolution while ensuring vendor payments meet accounting and compliance standards. This is a hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with collaboration across finance teams.

- Process invoices from receipt through payment
- Prepare invoices and enter them into the records
- Conduct operational and technical analyses
- Apply accounting principles, local tax rules, and company policies to transactions
- Work with tax, treasury, accounting, procurement, and finance teams
- Check that payments meet accounting, tax, finance, and control requirements
- Build reliable processes that follow required controls
- Deliver accurate vendor payments on schedule
- Maintain supplier relationships and contribute to business outcomes
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience handling accounts payable processes from start to finish
- Strong reporting skills and proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to lead investigations and analyze findings
- Strong project management and communication skills
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Able to set priorities and work independently

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred
