Tavsif

  • Design and manage water and wastewater facilities and infrastructure projects
  • Support business development while serving clients
  • Define and track project scopes, budgets, and schedules
  • Exercise independent judgment and take ownership of engineering solutions
  • Coordinate effectively with peers and management
  • Lead projects spanning one or multiple disciplines
  • Guide and mentor project team members on technical matters
  • Ensure designs meet company quality standards and applicable local and state criteria
  • Prepare or oversee permit applications and coordinate responses to agency reviews
  • Obtain final regulatory approvals
  • Oversee construction administration, including bid packages, contract awards, RFIs, pay applications, change orders, project meetings, and site observations
  • Represent the company at client and agency meetings
  • Support Marketing with proposals, project plans, staffing, fee development, and risk assessments
  • Track client satisfaction, schedules, budgets, billings, and QA/QC

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university
  • Professional Engineer registration in Texas, or the ability to obtain it through reciprocity
  • At least five years of experience designing water and/or wastewater facilities and infrastructure
  • Operational familiarity with Texas and Austin-area government agencies is preferred
  • Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public
  • Strong verbal, computer, organizational, and written communication skills
  • Valid Texas driver’s license
