Tavsif

  • Monitor patients requiring close observation through remote camera systems in support of nursing staff
  • Observe patient behavior and movement continuously
  • Identify behaviors that may indicate a risk of harm
  • Support each patient’s established plan of care
  • Redirect patients verbally using a digital two-way audio device
  • Contact nursing staff immediately when patients need assistance
  • Promote patient comfort and safety while safeguarding dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
  • Interact with patients, colleagues, and other customers with courtesy, empathy, positivity, and professionalism
  • Share relevant patient information and observed behaviors during shift handoffs with monitoring attendants and nursing staff
  • Alert nursing staff promptly when a patient may endanger themselves or others
  • Monitor as many as 16 patients simultaneously

Talablar

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Ability to monitor up to 16 patients continuously
  • Calm, courteous verbal communication skills for stressful situations
  • Ability to work independently with consistent accuracy
  • Ability to protect patient confidentiality
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Successful completion of drug screening and background checks
  • Previous healthcare experience is preferred
  • Availability to work every other scheduled weekend and holiday
