Vice President, Cyber AI — United States Remote
Lead Eliza’s Office of the CISO and develop AI-native security services. Own practice revenue, the OpenAI security partnership, delivery operations, and internal security.
Tavsif
- Establish and lead Eliza’s Office of the CISO security practice
- Manage the practice P&L, revenue goals, pricing, packaging, and service portfolio
- Shape offerings spanning security assessments, red, blue, and purple team engagements, and security training
- Set the practice direction with the CEO while managing pipeline and revenue performance
- Engage CISOs and security executives through briefings, represent the practice, and secure new work
- Develop market authority through speaking, workshops, briefings, and writing on AI and cybersecurity
- Lead the OpenAI security partnership and turn partner referrals into funded client engagements
- Satisfy partnership capability requirements by delivering security work on Eliza’s platform
- Recruit and manage security engineers and consultants as the delivery organization grows
- Create consistent delivery processes, evidence practices, and quality standards
- Contribute directly to code reviews, findings, and client engagements
- Direct Eliza’s internal security program, policies, and overall security posture
- Develop security strategies for composable, adaptive AI software
- Translate experience securing Eliza’s platform into client-facing services
Talablar
- Recent experience serving as a VP or equivalent senior security executive
- Background building a security consultancy, services business, or managed delivery organization with revenue ownership
- Peer-level credibility with CISOs, including leaders at Fortune 500 companies
- Strong technical foundation in code, application security, and modern cloud infrastructure
- Regular use of AI tools for threat research, code analysis, and security operations
- Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking, writing, advising, or teaching
- Proven ability to take full ownership, build from zero, and operate against revenue goals without an established playbook
- Availability for frequent travel to meet clients and partners
- Experience operating in high-stakes or heavily regulated sectors, including financial services, national security, defense, or critical infrastructure
- Experience in offensive security, red teaming, or security research
- Work at a security services or penetration testing company, or experience creating a consulting security practice
- Direct leadership experience during a significant security incident
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- No current or future need for employment visa sponsorship
