Technical Support Specialist II – Onsite in Tokyo
Provide field service support for Dentsply Sirona dental products and medical devices in Tokyo. Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at dental customer sites.
Tavsif
- Integrate third-party products with in-hospital LAN devices and systems
- Deliver on-site technical support, including installation and post-installation repairs
- Perform scheduled product inspection visits
- Explain dental equipment, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing with customers
- Assist dentists and dental clinic staff with equipment operation, inspection, and repairs
Talablar
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and a commitment to learning
- Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and diagnosing equipment
- Solid IT skills covering PCs, software, and technical support
- Manual dexterity and careful attention to detail
- Effective communication and customer service abilities
- Self-directed, professional approach to work
- Valid driver's license
- Professional English proficiency for reading and writing emails
- Authorization to work in Japan
- Preferred qualifications include field service engineering experience, dental or medical equipment experience, technical or IT certifications, and familiarity with pneumatic or fluid systems
