Tavsif

  • Lead the SRE function by setting technical direction and mentoring engineers
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
  • Join the weekly 12x7 on-call rotation, including weekend deployments and Sunday pre-market checks
  • Conduct initial root cause analysis and remediate production incidents
  • Create tools that automate recurring tasks, deployments, and incident response
  • Design monitoring and alerting systems while defining and tracking SLIs and SLOs across web, mobile, desktop, and trading platforms
  • Use Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform to automate provisioning, scaling, and infrastructure management
  • Partner with Product Engineering, Operations, Product, and QA to deliver scalable, secure, high-performance features
  • Apply security and compliance practices, including SOC 2 and PCI DSS, throughout the software delivery lifecycle
  • Support 99.95% uptime and strong performance across NinjaTrader’s trading platform

Talablar

  • At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering, or platform engineering
  • Advanced expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or equivalent platforms
  • Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go
  • Experience using Ansible, Terraform, or Helm
  • Practical experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
  • Deep knowledge of cloud networking, security, and identity management
  • Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or comparable observability tools
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and technical leadership abilities
  • Ability to influence cross-team technical decisions and mentor junior engineers
