Senior UX Designer at SafelyYou — Remote, United States
Lead end-to-end UX for SafelyYou’s AI-powered senior-care web and mobile products. Improve workflows, alerts, reporting, and shared design standards for care teams and clinicians.
Tavsif
- Create clear, efficient experiences that help users complete tasks across web and mobile applications
- Design how SafelyYou insights and alerts are presented within partner systems, including EHRs and eCall
- Collaborate continuously with engineering throughout product development
- Lead the full design process from discovery and user flows through wireframes, prototypes, and specifications
- Build straightforward, action-oriented interfaces for customer-facing staff and internal clinicians
- Design clear, appropriately urgent alerts and notifications for SafelyYou applications and partner systems used in care settings
- Develop reporting experiences that turn data into actionable information
- Conduct usability research with caregivers and customers in partnership with Customer Success and the clinical team
- Define reusable UX patterns and maintain a shared Figma library across teams
- Set design priorities in collaboration with the product managers you support
- Measure and improve critical user workflows
- Conduct ongoing usability testing with care staff
Talablar
- Applicants must be based in the United States or Canada
- Demonstrated experience partnering closely with engineering on B2B or enterprise products, rather than relying on agency-style handoffs
- At least five years of UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating web and mobile work
- Advanced proficiency with Figma
- Pragmatic design approach centered on clarity and speed for users who may not have chosen to use technology
- Strong systems understanding; coding experience is not required
- Ability to prioritize work across multiple teams
- Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is strongly preferred
- Experience designing analytics is strongly preferred
- Experience designing alerts for time-sensitive environments is strongly preferred
