Tavsif

  • Develop and maintain backend services for high-volume Digital Banking platforms with strong security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Lead distributed-systems design covering service decomposition, asynchronous communication, fault tolerance, idempotency, backpressure, consistency trade-offs, and graceful degradation.
  • Create Java microservices, REST APIs, batch processes, and event-driven workflows.
  • Support workflow implementations and promote effective workflow-orchestration practices.
  • Contribute hands-on to agile design and development, architecture, code quality, delivery, and operational readiness.
  • Keep platforms extensible, scalable, observable, reliable, and aligned with service-level agreements.
  • Create testable, intuitive, and maintainable solutions that engineering teams can operate effectively.
  • Take part in design reviews, code reviews, and engineering discussions for critical components and cross-enterprise initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders to turn business capabilities into secure, performant, and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Mentor engineers, help teams resolve complex challenges, and advance engineering standards.
  • Document system operations and make complex services easier for teams to run and evolve.

Talablar

  • Substantial hands-on backend engineering experience with Java and related frameworks.
  • Extensive experience building distributed applications and running scalable, low-latency services in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, service contracts, integration patterns, and API lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, JUnit, JDBC, Gradle or Maven, Jenkins, and modern CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with Kafka or comparable streaming and event-driven technologies; Kafka Streams experience is highly desirable.
  • Practical understanding of distributed systems, caching, high availability, multithreading, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or comparable data platforms.
  • Commitment to continuous integration, automated and repeatable testing, secure coding, and collaborative engineering practices.
  • Ability to reason abstractly, navigate ambiguity, and make pragmatic technical decisions that enable business capabilities.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and influencing engineers while remaining directly involved in design and development.
  • Strong proficiency with Docker, GitHub capabilities, and deployment automation.
  • Experience with payment systems, real-time transaction platforms, customer account management, data and reporting systems, or fintech APIs.
  • Exposure to full-stack development or data technologies such as Python, Hadoop, or Spark.
  • Experience with in-memory computing solutions and advanced performance optimization.
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced development environment, including technical ownership, design facilitation, and delivery accountability.
  • GenAI experience is a preferred differentiator.
  • Experience with LLM-powered applications, prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool or function calling, RAG, embeddings, vector search, reranking, relevance tuning, GenAI guardrails, AWS services, cloud-native architecture, DevOps, governance, or platform architecture is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, architecture, and operations.
