Senior Manager, Chief of Staff – Insurance Operations, Noida (Hybrid)
Support EXL’s insurance operations leadership through PMO coordination, business analysis, executive reporting, and geography strategy. The role focuses on growth planning, operational health, OKRs, and cross-functional execution.
Tavsif
- Lead agendas and materials for monthly global operations leadership calls, partnering with business and FP&A teams and tracking action-item completion
- Run weekly operations leadership meetings and drive closure of resulting action items
- Deliver proactive insights, analysis, and alerts on business performance and emerging concerns
- Develop quarterly business review presentations for insurance and geography leaders
- Define, report, monitor, and coach teams on insurance and geography OKRs
- Coordinate with senior leaders and teams across the organization
- Verify information collected from multiple teams
- Support top-down budgeting, target setting, audits, and compliance oversight
- Monitor, report on, and improve sales pipelines while supporting strategic, named-account, and large-deal planning
- Prioritize opportunities and maintain or improve SFDC dashboards
- Train sales teams on best practices and coordinate executive engagement, CSAT, large-deal, and growth meetings
- Support NASSCOM activities, client events, thought-leadership content, competitor research, market and trend analysis, and LinkedIn and social media activity
- Create presentations for board and investor audiences
- Connect geography strategy to company strategy and develop and execute strategy OKRs and workstreams
- Oversee partnership frameworks and support M&A framework development and asset evaluation
Talablar
- MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant qualification
- Bachelor of Commerce degree
- Seven to eight years of professional experience
- Strong financial acumen
- Analytical approach to problem-solving
- Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and agile thinking
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed
- Advanced Excel and presentation skills
