Tavsif

  • Deploy and configure Windows Server 2025, 2022, 2019, and 2016 environments
  • Design, implement, and manage Hyper-V hosts and virtualization infrastructure, including VMware ESXi/vSphere
  • Build and administer switches, access points, VLANs, VPNs, and routing and switching environments
  • Deploy and troubleshoot SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco, and Meraki firewalls
  • Administer core network infrastructure and advanced routing and switching configurations
  • Lead Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure deployments and migrations, including Entra ID, Azure AD, Azure VMs, and Azure networking
  • Plan and deliver cloud migrations primarily to Azure, while supporting AWS environments
  • Configure SharePoint Online, SharePoint on-premises, and modern collaboration platforms
  • Implement and troubleshoot BCDR, Veeam, and Barracuda backup solutions
  • Support SaaS backup setup and disaster recovery activities
  • Participate in project calls as the senior technical lead, define technical approaches, resolve complex questions, and guide implementation while the Project Manager handles client communication
  • Work with Project Managers, Sales, and technical teams to complete projects on schedule and within scope
  • Coach junior technicians and perform technical quality assurance
  • Maintain documentation covering configurations, procedures, and client environments

Talablar

  • Bring 5–8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or senior systems administration
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or deliver server, network, and cloud migration projects from planning through completion
  • Experience supporting multiple clients; managed service provider experience is strongly preferred
  • Relevant certifications are preferred, including Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect, VMware VCP, CompTIA Network+ or Security+, or equivalent
  • Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS
  • Expert administration experience with Windows Server 2025, 2022, 2019, and 2016
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualization and server administration
  • Strong practical experience with VMware ESXi/vSphere and other virtualization platforms
  • Strong understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, LAN/WAN, and SD-WAN concepts
  • Experience configuring and deploying SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco, or Meraki firewalls
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure services
  • Experience planning and delivering on-premises-to-cloud migrations; Azure is required and AWS familiarity is important
  • Experience using Veeam, Barracuda, or comparable backup and disaster recovery platforms
  • Working knowledge of AWS core services, including EC2, S3, networking, and IAM
  • PowerShell proficiency is required; Azure CLI or a similar tool is an advantage
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple project tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fully remote setting
  • Clear written and verbal communication for documentation, client-facing technical discussions, and internal teamwork
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability across complex, multi-vendor environments
  • Additional experience with VoIP, Microsoft Teams, Autotask PSA, SharePoint administration, containerization, or infrastructure as code is advantageous
