Tavsif

  • Set the creative direction for digital and print assets
  • Produce email campaigns, display advertising, animations, social content, and other marketing materials
  • Design intuitive desktop and mobile user interfaces
  • Create visual assets that strengthen user experience and support sales growth
  • Develop polished concepts and design solutions that express brand messaging
  • Track emerging marketing trends, techniques, and creative approaches
  • Use performance data to develop and optimize content
  • Mentor designers and review their work
  • Exchange and apply senior-level creative feedback
  • Coordinate resourcing and timelines with project managers
  • Contribute to marketing and e-commerce programs, including Amazon sales initiatives

Talablar

  • At least five years of design experience, including mentoring or reviewing other designers
  • A portfolio showing measurable design outcomes, such as improved conversion rates and opt-ins; applications without a portfolio will not be accepted
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality concepts and design solutions with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong command of graphic design, typography, branding, UI, and visual design
  • Working knowledge of current marketing trends, techniques, and creative practices
  • Ability to apply metrics and insights to create and improve content with measurable outcomes
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
  • Practical experience with AI design tools and generative workflows
  • Experience mentoring designers, exchanging senior creative feedback, and coordinating resources and timelines with project managers
  • Experience in a digital marketing environment
  • E-commerce design experience, including work that increased sales on platforms such as Amazon
  • Degree or diploma in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field
  • Humble, motivated to learn and grow, and collaborative with strong people skills
