Senior Executive, Accounts Receivable Credit Control at EXL (India, Hybrid)
Manage accounts receivable credit control, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and credit risk. Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues in India.
Tavsif
- Collect overdue payments to support healthy cash flow.
- Prepare and send invoices, then follow up as needed.
- Track incoming payments and keep transaction records accurate.
- Review customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits.
- Oversee credit risk.
- Pursue overdue accounts by phone, email, or letter, and follow up on collection efforts.
- Reconcile customer accounts.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
- Work with customers and internal teams to address payment issues and uphold credit policies.
Talablar
- Graduate degree in Accounting or an MBA in Finance.
- Two to four years of experience in accounts receivable credit control.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work across multiple computer systems.
