Talablar

  • At least 15 years of software engineering experience, including 5 or more years leading engineering teams

  • Advanced knowledge of modern IDEs, cloud development environments, and AI-assisted development
  • Strong systems thinking across backend and infrastructure layers of developer tooling
  • Ability to lead transformational change through influence across diverse cultures
  • Empathy for engineers’ day-to-day friction and a commitment to removing it
  • Typically requires 15 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, 12 years with a master’s degree, or 8 years with a PhD, or equivalent experience
